My colleagues and I were in Bangkok for a 2 week meeting and stayed at the Paradox Bangkok for 13 nights. I had booked a King Suite room and was given a newly renovated room in the Pool Wing. The room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed, sofa and 2 huge Samsung TVs. Unfortunately, there were some teething issues with the electrical system in the room that I was first assigned. A bit annoying but not detrimental. GM Daniel and his team did a fantastic service recovery job. Sent engineers everyday to try and resolve the issues, gave me complimentary drinks and fruits, and finally a room upgrade when it turned out that the issues needed more time to resolve. In the end I was very happy and more comfortable in the new room. I am very impressed with the service delivered by the whole team. My colleagues and I look forward to staying here again for our next meetings in Bangkok. Really appreciate the service received, the comfortable rooms and convenient location.

The staff were top notch, very professional and helpful and friendly. I consider this hotel to be of exceptional value and always look forward to staying there (I travel to BKK on business frequently).

Fantastic place to stay!

I have no complaints. Solo traveler. I stayed here for almost 3 weeks. The room was fine. The breakfast was okay. Nothing great. But a good selection of western and Thai choices. The best thing about the hotel is its convenience too anywhere in Bangkok you want to go. BTS and MET are in close proximity and Terminal 21 and Empshere Mall are within walking distance. Breakfast,lunch, and dinner choices are plenty within walking distance. Barbakcs pub across the street is a friendly place with reasonable drink prices and great staff.

I was shorted 1 day. Expedia email said I was out on May 18. When I went to check out the hotel told me I was booked with them thru the 19th. I had already made travel so could not extend my time. Not sure if it is Expedia mistake, hotel mistake or my mistake

I've stayed in many hotels and am pretty easy to keep happy but the little things annoy me, especially cleanliness. Seriously I can't fault this place. Really enjoyed my stay, perfect location, staff were excellent, room was spotless, amenities fantastic and room was quiet. 10/10 and will definitely stay again.
