Excellent location near Sukhumvit as well as Thermae coffee shop. Attentive staff. Remodeled rooms. Lackluster gym. Good pool area .. deserted.

This place is a little dystopian. Room smelled of barf. Needed some air freshener for sure. The marked up walls and steel bumpers at the window looked well used for some fun nights. I could her all doors in other units slamming. I decided to split and to to another hotel.

Carpet, walls, ceiling shabby in places

Little variety at breakfast. The building was a bit shabby in parts.

My biggest complaint was the terrible flooring in the room. You can not walk barefoot in the room because you will get punctured by the lifting floor panels. I was given a new room and the floor was just as bad. In the first room the faucet was actually not attached to the sink. I told management and they said they are redoing the floors. That didn’t help me during my stay. I had to buy my own peanut butter because they did not have any in the breakfast.

The hotel is not well maintained or equipped, staff are not very helpful, at check in demanded deposit payment in cash no card option, the only thing good about the room was a comfortable bed, restaurant was a complete disaster, worst food I’ve ever had in Thailand. Never again at this hotel.
