The Luxe staff go out of their way to make you feel seen and valued. Top notch service all around, and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Quiet, private, but close to spas, entertainment, shopping, etc. It is truly one like no other!!

This hotel was much more than I expected. The staff catered to our every whim and made sure that our suite was always clean. We had an amazing experience and will return if we get a chance to return to Bali.

매우 훌륭해요 The LUXE Ubud exceeded every expectation, with a level of service, care, and attention to detail that puts many large hotels to shame. Our spacious room overlooking the rice fields was peaceful and tranquil, perfectly located just a short walk from Ubud’s restaurants, markets, and sights. The delicious breakfasts and thoughtful touches, including a 2am transfer for our Mount Batur tour, made our stay truly special. The team took exceptional care of my daughter and me, and we will absolutely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family.

I have only good things to say about The Luxe Ubud. Everything was perfect from the moment I got picked up from the airport to the moment I left. The staff are just out of this world. Very courteous, friendly and responsive. They handle you with so much care and treat you with so much respect that you begin to question if you’re royalty (haha). The food at the Grill was simply amazing! (A big shoutout to the chef’s and the lovely gentlemen and ladies that work there). I will definitely be back and will also recommend this stay to friends and family who want to visit Ubud. The location is great and safe…a very walkable and quiet area. I traveled alone as a woman and didn’t feel scared when walking at night or early in the morning. You won’t regret staying at The Luxe. Kudos to the staff and owner/s!
