The staff is amazing, very kind, friendly and the property is impressive!

This is our second visit and the welcoming we received was excellent many staff recognised us from three years ago and were pleased to see us. As always all staff friendly and very helpful. During a medical episode my wife had all staffed showed concern and comfort and I thank them for that. Dege our driver for a half day tour was excellent as he was 3 years ago. Our villa was excellent very comfortable The two massages we had were excellent with very pleasant surroundings. I would have no hesitation in recommending Royal Kamuela

The staff was super nice and very accommodating!! They made my anniversary very special !! Specially Dodi was the MVP !!

Amazing experience

I like the villa with our own pool big room. Photoshoot was not explained well and there's a charge for bathbomb.

Hotel is clean, suites are big and very nice, Pillows are not comfortable Breakfast is not open buffet so it’s hard to choose food Hotel location is very good, close to everything ( restaurants, coffee shop, massage shops )

The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly.

....

The property was beautiful, we stayed in private suites with pools. Beautiful rooms, well appointed and clean. Warning- if you fill your bathtub it will take at least an hour to fill! The staff were amazing and very helpful. The restaurant had great food and again the staff went above and beyond for my husbands special diabetic diet and for providing my daughter a tummy friendly meal or two when she wasnt feeling well. The only downside was there were a lot of stairs to take for someone mobility impaired before you could take a golf cart to the restaurant. Staff were always available if my husband needed a ride to the restaurant. If not mobility impaired it is only a 5 minute pelasant walk to the restaurant. It was a lovely property to stay at, the monkeys did visit us- so that was nice to see. Lots of shopping around and the monkey park was a short 10 minute walk.

We had an incredibly enjoyable stay at this beautiful hotel. The monkeys were just a cherry on the sundae.
