The rooms were clean and amenities are easy and clean as well. The area might look down but the building abd rooms were top notch

This hotel went beyond my expectations. I usually play it safe by staying at name brand hotels. But i gave this one a try and we were not disappointed! The room was spacious especially the bathroom! The area neighborhood is clean and a lot of choices. The laundromat is around the corner and the train is a 7 min walk! (excuse my heavy use of “!!!” but i feel it's appropriate for This review) i traveled solo for business but i would bring my family here and that should say a lot! What topped it off was the staff who were always helpful with advice on where to go and eat!

They clean the rooms constantly, breakfast has options for all. Good size room and free coffee or tea in lobby. Self check in machine is nice as well.

The location is a bit far, and traffic in Neihu is often very congested, making it inconvenient to go in and out of the hotel. Breakfast costs 350 NT, which is not worth it. The options are very limited—only congee and no rice. There were many Japanese and Korean guests, yet for two consecutive days there was no fish or miso soup. Considering the room rates, breakfast should be included rather than charged separately. The food selection is unlikely to appeal to Japanese, Korean, or Western guests. 350 NT is definitely overpriced for what is offered. The guestroom carpet is dark, making it difficult to tell whether it is clean, which feels a bit uncomfortable. There is also no door between the bathroom and the main room, so you can clearly hear every sound from the toilet. Staying two nights in Neihu (Friday and Saturday) cost over 17,000 NT, which does not feel worth the price.
