I called the hotel in advance to let them know I would be arriving late. During that call, I specifically asked about onsite parking and was told that parking was available, there was no need to book. Unfortunately, my arrival experience was quite disappointing. When I arrived, I was told the only parking available was around the corner. The explanation was confusing, and it sounded as though I would need to walk a considerable distance with my luggage. I was then told that a parking space could be taken from another guest's booking to accommodate me. As I had been advised there was no need to book parking, I questioned how that would be fair to someone who had reserved a space. The staff member also stated that there was no lift access to the building, which turned out not to be entirely accurate. The issue was only access from the car park. After further discussion, I was informed that there were actually spare parking spaces available. Throughout the interaction, I felt made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. By this stage, I was upset and honestly considered leaving and finding alternative accommodation. The staff member came across as rude and the information provided was inconsistent and confusing. In the end, we parked onsite and only had to walk up two short flights of stairs before accessing an elevator to reach our room. The room itself felt much more worn than the photos suggested, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the floor. Cleanliness

The deluxe apartment is a good size with plenty of room. Our apartment was towards the side and was very quite despite looking into a car park. The internet didn’t work in our room.

Was very happily surprised with an upgrade at check in too a lovely 2 bedroom deluxe apartment and everything was comfortable unfortunately the workers on the strret started at 7.00am so sleeping in was impossible but overall stay was great and very close to everything.

There was maintenance work being done on our booked room but the check in staff were excellent and quickly moved us to another room which was an upgrade without us asking.

Great location

Good central location. The hotel is clearly being upgraded, we were on the 17th floor in a room that had not yet been upgraded and it showed. But the price was good and the room was large with good kitchen facilities and a washer/dryer.

We super enjoyed our night stay 💕

Great pool

Good location if you want to stay in the city. Parking is expensive and has no lift access. Rooms are big and very quiet, they are also a bit old and stale.
