Now hotel why don’t return my money dopsit

A reasonably nice hotel, staff aren't very friendly and the manager is a crook. Also walking out onto Hindley Street each morning is very off putting, like walking onto the set of the walking dead. Could not recommend. Definitely not family friendly.

Miller Apartments in Adelaide reminds me of properties in SoHo New York . The staff are A grade and caring says Charles Location is great walking distance to everything. The management are suburb and the Corporate Culture is so nice.

Loved our 5 night stay here and will definitely return. The attention to detail is outstanding. Lovely comfortable bed, excellent water pressure and plenty hot water, large quality towels and quality bathroom amenities. Full size fridge and enough decent kitchen/cooking items if you just feel like an easy egg on toast after a big day. Very comfortable furniture in living room and staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Congrats to the management of this hotel…well done.

Super convenient location. The room provided enough space for our family of 5. We were very thankful for the cot being set up for us and the addition of the bath for our youngest, all without asking. The ladies who came to clean our room super kind and respectful. Overall suited us as walking distance to all activities.

Very nice and clean. Close to lots of restaurants, services and interesting places to visit. All in apartment worked fine..recommended stay in Adelaide for all.

Central location, made easy to get around with the use of public transport. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Perfect for our long weekend getaway.

I had a wonderful stay, great location and staff were so helpful and friendly including housekeeping for my entire business stay. The common hallway however smelled very strong of spices which radiated into my room..... And it remained for the full 5 days. Other than that, I would stay again.

The staff at the counter were nice. The maintenance guy was excellent. The location was great with Rundle Mall just 5 mins walk away. However, despite signs telling us that the place has been thoroughly cleaned, majority of the cups (we did not use any others) were stained or chipped. The kettle was not pleasant....to say the least, we bought a kettle from K-mart for our use for the 3-night trip. The toilet bowls were extremely dirty. The rim of the bowl had brown stains all over where the water is comes out. As we were just there for a short trip, we told the cleaners it was not necessary to change our towels so as to be more environmentally friendly. To our horror, the cleaner took the floor towel which we left outside of the shower area to dry our feet and placed it on top of my shower towel as she cleaned the floor of the bathroom before placing back after. Tissue that had dropped on the floor were left there after housekeeping. We were promised a bottle of wine when we booked. We did not receive it and after chasing and answering a ton of questions from the staff, we finally got our wine. It was a wild goose chase with counter blaming housekeeping, housekeeping not knowing anything and so on. That was not a very pleasant experience. As expected, the car park is narrow so do drive with care. Be aware that each entry or exit of the carpark, we have to buzz the counter. The first greeting at the car park entrance will be the bins, just fyi.
