This place is the dumps! The picture are very misleading! I wouldn’t let my dog stay here, yes it’s in time square however don’t say I didn’t warn you.

My room was on the 13th floor . Apparently wi-Fi isn’t available so high up! At best wi-Fi in the reception area was poor with staff seemingly not caring to help this old client who is not tech savvy

Location is great. The room is good. Amenities are not great. No vending machines and the only working ice machine was in floor 4

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms are tiny, nothing like the pictures not even close. You have to shimmy your way in the toilet/bathroom area and then try to close the door to shimmy your way around the toilet to get in the shower. It’s so small there is only a half of a shower enclosure so all the water spills out to the toilet and thus the outer door has water damage which looks absolutely disgusting. The front desk staff is rude as hell. The bellman was pleasant in all his interactions. Not recommended at all. I’ve never been in a room that small and lacking. The door makes loud noises opening and closing. Standard was very very poor. It’s crazy for the amount that they charge per night. The front desk ladies didn’t want to be bothered with dealing with people ….so rude. In addition to what you pay for the room and all the taxes and services charges, when you get there, they charge you extra for incidentals. Upon check out they don’t even want to address how you can get the extra charges refunded. She just said to drop the key in the box and go. A few persons enquired about getting their money back and they were so rude. Even though you have a reservation, you can’t get in without giving the extra for incidentals. Not recommended at all.

We found this to be a great place to stay, so close to our Broadway shows. We were located right above a fire station, but it didn’t bother us.

Two people followed me into an elevator at the property in the hopes of soliciting me… really negative experience. This hotel is unsafe

The house keeping staff.was friendly and nice. The furniture was dated and in need of updating the desk need repair draw unit off track. Walls could be painted paint chip.
