Clean. Nice staff. Great location!

The room was small as advertised. I had a double bed as a solo traveler and it was perfect. The bar and patio were nice. Excellent location. The only small complaint I have is that when the outside temperature got real hot, the air conditioning had a hard time keeping up. It was still comfortable and this heat wave isn't anything like NYC has seen in a long time. Written 7/2/2026. If I ever come back to NYC, I'll be staying at the Pod again! This is a surprisingly sweet little hotel in the heart of Times Square. Rooms are tiny, but kind of all you need as a home base to crash at night. The staff are all lovely and the vibes are good. The hotel is simple and clean, but my bathroom had a strange stink to it that was…not great. There aren’t much in the way of amenities, but the hotel bar is cute and for the price, it’s my go-to spot when I need to stay in the area.

This is my second time staying at Pod Times Square. It is supremely well-located, but at the same time very quiet and self-contained. I love the neighborhood, the concept of the hotel, and the value proposition - a rare combination in NYC. I did have to request an electric kettle for boiling water to make tea and coffee in the room - it was supplied quickly though. I think the only amenities that would make the stay perfect would be a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. But other than that, everything is just as it should be, and very easy to navigate. I will stay here again.

Great place for individuals to stay at

El hotel excelente, la zona de noche tiene mucha gente que vive en la calle lo cual puede parecer peligroso, sin embargo no tuvimos ningun problema

Room was comfortable and perfect size. Great area and close to many attractions, metro line, and restaurants and cafes. I enjoyed my stay.

Good location, takes a day or two to get used to. Feels very cold in appearance almost like ur in a prison setting. Under beds super dirty so kicked up my allergies. Did have a blow dryer there although a review I had seen said they had no blow dryers. Housekeeping kept up with daily pick up and towel replacement. It’s perfect for young travelers on a budget, not older seasoned travelers.

The whole 18th floor and our room smells like feet. The sink was very slow that washing your face would fill it.

I loved staying at the pod, because it was clean and exactly what was advertised. Personally, I went at a time while they were construction and I feel like we didnt have access to the entire amenities which looked beautiful. Otherwise loved it
