Only thing I would suggest it up grade the towels, the ones in use were a bit fraid.

Room was clean and enough space for one person.

Very good value for the hotel rate. Safe and clean modern area.

It is on the west side of Shanghai in a residential area, close to Hongqiao Airport, but a bit of a hike to the city center, the Bund/Pongdong, etc. Convenient shopping/dining in the mall next door-however the mall has seen better days

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, the location is great, and transportation is very convenient. There are various restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. Thank you to all the hotel staff.

Exceptional Experience at This Hotel As a world traveler, I can confidently say that this hotel made me feel right at home. My stay was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy room and perfectly functioning AC, which was crucial during Shanghai's record-breaking heat wave. The restaurant downstairs provided a delightful variety of breakfast options. Alongside the standard Holiday Inn fare, there were numerous additional Chinese breakfast choices, catering to all tastes. The staff were exceptional—helpful, attentive, and efficient. The receptionists made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. I must extend special thanks to the manager, Mr. Song, who was tirelessly dedicated and always visible, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. He went above and beyond to assist me with my trip to Hong Kong, making my stay even more pleasant. The location is very convenient. The subway station is just 100 meters away, and the Shanghai subway system is fantastic and extensive. Originally, I planned to stay at various locations in Shanghai for two days each. However, I changed my plans and decided to stay here for nine days instead. This hotel truly felt like a home away from home.

I like this hotel and I will be back there.
