It's still amazing the aqua rooms .but sadly it has deteriorated through the years.the hotel pool now is shared with the public ocean park pool water is not as clean .Staff is overwhelmed by hotel guests that there is no clear communication I left my hotel key for a family member who was coming in late and staff apparently didn't endorsed to the next shift.

The overall stay wasn’t very good. Breakfast isn’t included unless you pay a hefty price every morning, the front desk ladies speak to you like AI robots never actually answering any questions, and if you want to use the “pool” you need to make a reservation, give them a ton information, then they give you a ticket and a wristband and a bunch of other nonsense, and there really isn’t even a pool. It’s a little kit water park that’s like 2 feet deep everywhere. Pretty dissatisfied with the whole experience. Wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Good stay experience, room is spacious

They have nice room but the hotel lobby is at the 3rd floor, there is no elevator only ramp, no valet parking so when you have kids with stroller you have to push it up using the ramp. Their having renovation with the hallway on the 2nd floor so it doesnt look good but hopefully it will when its done.

It’s okay place

Hotel h20 had good service when i checked in with my fam at the luxury room. But the bathroom floor seemed not scrubbed well, I almost trip bec it was slippery. The hallway leading to our room was carpeted and had a musty damp odor. We had our brrakfast at @makan makan on the second floor, the food was not something you crave for. It doesnt have the semi luxury vibe, it gave like a carinderia rather. The view of the morning where the outdoor seating of the restaurant, was a view of the ships and dark water, looked like polluted and doesnt give you the mood to eat. When we arrived, the elevator wasnt working. Thw swimming pool floor’s painting was chipping and my niece bumped her foot and it wasnt good to swim in a pool mixed with chipped painting. Staffs were great.

Room was clean and maintained

Clean, up to date rooms. Accommodating, friendly staff. Aquarium & water show adjacent to hotel. Walkable location to Rizal Park.

I love everything in this place! Excellent place to stay

The pool was terrible! Getting to the pool, going about the pool, the pool itself was terrible! Not clean either and only for small children. The pool should be easily accessible for hotel guests without the hoopla that we had to go through. The area around the hotel should be cleaner as well.none of our drivers knew how to get to our hotel. Going anywhere you have to go through a bad area to get to the good area.
