I had a nice stay in this hotel.

basic business hotel for US embassy across the street.

It was cheap for a tourist, had decent lodging, and great room service

I've stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so. The building is secure and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Overall, it's a nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. But my wife had an unsettling and embarrassing experience. She left a pair of her underwear in the bathroom. When the staff checked the room during checkout they obviously found the undergarment. Instead of being discreet about the situation, a male staff member brought the garment down waiving it in front of everyone in the lobby. I would expect a little more professionalism in handling the situation. Maybe train the staff on etiquette in case something like this happens to someone in the future. But because of this, I will never stay there again.

Everything was great except for the AC. It's not that cold.

Clean room and very close to US Embassy

Great hotel in a great location very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very near to the embassy and all other places to visit, clean and comfortable and staff are very accommodating.
