Helpfull staff. Decent breakfast buffet included as standard

The staff were exceptionally nice. I really appreciate their helpful service. I will definitely recommend them.

We liked the location. The staff was fantastic. The only thing worth mentioning was no fridge in the room.

I absolutely loved staying here and my 11 & 12 Yr olds were excited as well. My daughter literally didn't want to leave. The room was clean, smelled clean and lots of towels. Brilliant staff, very helpful and friendly. Free WiFi is definitely a bonus. And parking is reduced by half compared to parking on roads. We enjoyed having our breakfast at the hotel and I especially had three cups of plain lemon tea, which was Amazing. 100% recommended.

I payed 400£ for 2 night. Definitely not worth it. I was with my wife and with my two kids. One toddler and one baby. The room was way too small you could barely movein it (and this is with a baby and a toddler so imagine 4 adults) Two Positive things. First is the staff very helpful and friendly and the breakbast is nice . They have croissant and also eggs, sausage and beans. The area is very nice and calm although its a little bit far from town (about 25minutes by bus) tram is quicker but wasn't functioning at that time.

We loved our 6 night stay. It was convenient to be near Ocean Terminal for the bus line and pharmacy/coffee. The elevator and a/c were the reason we chose this hotel, and worked perfectly. The path along the water was beautiful. Breakfast was hot and a great way to start our day.

This hotel could use upgrading and cleaning. Carpets were old and stained, lobby area was musky and smelled like old cigarette smoke. Chairs in the lobby, bar and food area had old stains. Staff was very friendly. Air conditioning wasn’t the greatest. Was just an ok stay.

All was good except the iron pored water all over the item being ironed apart from that no complaints.

Only stayed one night and it was pretty typically Holiday Inn. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The room was a little tight. The location was good by the water front where Royal Yacht and Leith distillery is located. There is a small mall opposite to the hotel as well. Breakfast was decent, staff’s friendly they let us store the suitcase in a locked suitcase room as we had to checkout in the morning for sightseeing and flight was evening. Other than the fact room was really small and slow WiFi , no real complaints.
