Perfect spot to catch the tram

Location is great. The tram from the airport stops right in front of the hotel (Picard Place station). It can't get more convenient than that - you just cross the street. There are lots of places to eat and you can walk easily to the old town attractions. The rooms were tight (with the sofa sleeper extended) , felt outdated and damp from the humidity in the air. Staff was nice and the included breakfast was good.

Good location but expensive for the quality of the property and poor quality breakfast. I had got half way through my breakfast and went to get a tea and my food, juice and cutlery had all been cleared away in the few minutes it took for me to come back with my tea.

Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Plenty of workers to keep food stocked. However, if you are a fulltime wheelchair user I'd look elsewhere. The room was small( not even a closet- every thing compact like a cruise cabin)and the Breakfast bar was on a level not accessible for a wheelchair user. So if you're a solo wheelchair user look elsewhere. I was able to walk up the stairs and bring plates of food back down the stairs where they have seating near the reception area. Also , there is no wheelchair entrance in the front of the hotel only in the rear with cobblestone area. It's a nice hotel it just was not the right one for us with my husband being a fulltime wheelchair user.
