Close to places to shop and find good food.
Staff is nice and very helpful.
Clean rooms
On our first stay we have to transfer to a different room 3X, first the air conditioning unit had a lot of water leak. The next was, the towel rack fell and the 3rd the room needed to be fumigated for pest control. Hot water control is not right.

Staff confirmed pick up at the airport but nobody showed up. They did not even notify me that the transport was not available on that day and time. I called them and they asked me to take a taxi and they will reimburse. It is not about the money. Staff was not apologetic. Staff has no communicarion skills. They cut me off while I was still speaking. Customer service is 0% satisfactory.

훌륭해요 We had the breakfast for 2 days from the hotel, the food selection is ok, a little greasy for those fried dishes that was in the menu selection, overall it was a pleasant stay, alot of stores around the area too.
