During our stay, the region was hit by a 5.4 scale earthquake at around 10PM. All employees and guests were evacuated outside in the pool area. After sometime, we were allowed to go back to our room. The following morning, we were checking out and I requested for a late checkout of 2:00 PM. I said because of the earthquake, we had to adjust our sleeping hour as. I was denied because the admitting employee said they have incoming guess. But, for 500 pesos an hour, they could extend their he stay. Welll, that says a lot about the hotel policies.

Staff are friendly, rooms with good space and breakfast is super.

Spacious room, though oddly shaped. It's beside a river or creek, so if it's warm or sunny, you can smell it (and it's not pleasant at all) when you open your window or go outside. Given the amenities and condition of the facilities, it seems a bit pricey for what you'd get. I'd still be okay to stay here again if needed but I think I could find another hotel with better value around the area.

Rooms were spacious. My room last week was bigger though weirdly shaped, but my room this week was still spacious. Not all the electrical outlets in the room were functioning or felt safe to use. Staff were friendly but not all were attentive or accommodating. Breakfast buffet was also so-so in terms of taste and options/variety.

Ok for the I paid.

Nothing massively wrong but could have been better. Hotel is looking tired. The food in the breakfast and dinner buffet was luke warm at best. The water in the shower was only just above cold. There is a lack of power outlets in the room, the only ones are on one side of the bed not useful for using laptop at the desk. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful.
