Clean room, very professional staff, air conditioning great, wonderful location. A little noisy with doors opening and closing. Continental breakfast could be better.

Good location. Good bars/restaurants locally. Room was good but a bit hard to find/access. Free breakfast much appreciated.

Great place and location! Clean, had great air conditioning and the shower was smaller but amazing! Breakfast was an added bonus. Staff was great to us! The only issues we had was we could hear everything that was being rolled across the floors and door slammed upstairs from our room for most of the night. We will be staying here again next year for sure!

The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I do think the hotel is family friendly, with no loud music late at night, and the street on which the hotel is situated is generally very quite. There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Pimlico tube station very close by. Victoria Station is a short bus ride or walk away. Another great asset is that the bus stop is right outside that takes you directly to Leicester Square, passing many tourist attractions on the way.

It was dope

It is a great area. In walking distance to the foodstore, restaurants, pubs and the main London attractions and stations. If you are not familiar with the city transportation system, it would be good to ask how to return once you get to your destination as the bus stops at different drop points. The hotel is classic English style and feel. The staff were helpful and kind. It was a good stay.

Clean, safe hotel with a very convenient location. Free breakfast was a nice touch. Only negative was the shower, specifically the shower head and water pressure.

Rooms are a bit loud and carpets need cleaning. Staff is super friendly and breakfast was good.

A convenient location and run by a helpful team although the accommodation is not sound proof.
 I was given my single room and quickly found the partition wall was incredibly thin. From the TV and music to casual conversations I could hear everything happening next door and it was dreadful. The window isn’t sealed properly meaning street noise is also a nuisance. Whilst I’m grateful for the front desk team putting me in another room in the middle of the night I wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast disappointing,,,just wanted a croissant to go but none.
