Helpful stuff, cleanness and location

Dont believe what it shows in pictures: - The washroom is very narrow small (it fit for tiny people like me) - has AC machine, but they dont allow to turn it ON, they told me to open windows, sure enough flies and mosquitoes came inside the room, sleeping with mosquitoes buzzing at the earies. - a room for 4people with an old tiny table and a chair, have to sit on the beds - Pictures shown good view to outside, is not true. - paid C$400/night without a water bottle. - Location is good, close to everything, not short of restaurants. Over all i give it 2.5 starts.

My kids were playing under the bed and it was so clean! Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, helpful staff, we loved the location too! We are storing our bags for a couple hours. Highly recommend!

The hotel was in a great centralized location. We could walk to all the main attractions and the train station. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The only thing that could have made it better is if they were in microwave in the room. Other than that it was great!

Hotel was conveniently located close to downtown. I was a few blocks from both the Duomo and train station there. The rooms were clean, very pretty, and comfortable. Front desk was polite, but didn't know english too well. Overall, would stay there again.
