The location is great. The rooftop and terrace are very cool if you can see the Duomo in the background. The rooms are pretty good. Shower is nice. The only thing that made me give this less than five stars is the fact my AC didn’t work for two nights, which was the total of my trip so the whole time we had no AC and it was very hot. They were also very stingy with the waters.

Great location. When you check in go up to fourth floor

Breakfast included was great, room was small but very comfortable for only 1 night stay. Bathroom was clean and beautiful tile in the shower.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room was right next to the stairs. There was a group of teenagers staying that ran up and down the stairs yelling until midnight. They stayed 2 nights. The open windows allowed mosquitos to enter. We recieved multiple bites. There were 2 plugs. One in the bathroom. The small refrigerator did not keep anything cold. We asked to change rooms but they did not.

Good choice of breakfast varieties plus hot drinks, juice, water. Room was good size, loved the terrace on top with view towards the Duomo. Hotel in quiet area though inside walls thin and some guests were noisy past midnight. Nothing excessive though. Man aged to get a good sleep. Good find and value for money. Close to transport, amenities and city centre.

Clean room very noisy outside and inside,teens running up and down the halls all night staff did nothing to stop them more like a Hostel not a hotel

Small tv, small shower can barely move in there.
