Warm welcome, a little rundown on corridors. Shame no outdoor pool.

Room was not ready until 4 pm :( fortunately they allowed me a room at 3:25 pm Room with the port view was nice BUT Air conditioning was a disaster - 28 degrees celcius in the room :( restaurant on the checkin level is closed :( so called restaurant "gastronomique" on the 7th floor is a disaster. they told me sorry sir but no table available fortunately the concierge got me a table BUT I had to return the main dish as it must have been under the lamp for at least 10 to 15 minutes and disgusting breakfast was good bar on the 7h floor is nice too

We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Marseille. The hotel's location is both practical and spectacular, offering breathtaking views over the Old Port and the Mediterranean while being just a short walk from the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast, which offered an excellent selection of fresh, high-quality products in a beautiful setting overlooking the harbor. What truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. A fantastic hotel that combines stunning views, outstanding comfort, an excellent breakfast, and first-class hospitality. We would gladly stay here again.

An excellent hotel. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The staff were helpful and accommodating offering assistance with making restaurant reservations. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of cold options and made to order eggs. The warm pain au chocolat was a highlight. The view from the restaurant (where breakfast was served) was brilliant. The spa was lovely and the massages we had were lovely.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No coffee or breakfast at all in lobby. No bar at the hotel at all.

Very nice property. Professional yet friendly staff. Super helpful as well! One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. And the food!!! Love love love!!

A great hotel away from the busy old port but in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel has a very nice restaurant and rooftop bar with a great view. The rooms and washroom are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!
