More concise version: “AC wasn’t working in my first room. Staff offered to move me at 11pm, but it was too late and I was exhausted, so I ended up staying an extra night to fix the issue. On the plus side, both receptionists were amazing and really took care of me.

We stayed here one night before a cruise Experience was excellent rooms were lovely and breakfast was fantastic and an absolute bargain if purchased in advance on site The staff were all incredibly friendly The only thing I could’ve asked for extra would’ve been help getting the bags up to the room however there were elevators to all floors. Definitely one I would stay in again.

Perfect hotel. Perfect location. Perfect staff

The hotel was nice, the locations was not the best. I guess this was something I should have looked into more carefully.

Nice hotel to stay in Marseilles. Close to tr. clean and modern. Great lobby with hang out spots and restaurant. Staff was super helpful. Nice bathroom with robes and slippers. Right and airy. We would return.

We were in a small king room on the front on the hotel and we could hear very little street noise. The shower was hot, clean and roomy. The woman at the front desk was super helpful but she was very busy and all by herself; I wish she had had some help! The stay was fabulous and I wish we could have stayed there longer.

Excelente trato del personal. Limpieza de la habitación.

Good shower pressure and location, but staff seemed like they were obligated to help and facilities like the elevators need upgrading

Very polite, welcoming, helpful, and courteous staff.

Very clean. Staff was great
