The hotel's location is very convenient for the airport, which is why I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Marseille, especially when I have an early airport shuttle or flight to catch. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The only downside is outside the hotel. As you approach from the street side, there is a strong smell of urine, which is a bit off-putting. Unfortunately, this is something I've noticed on every visit. However, once inside the hotel and at reception, everything is perfectly fine.

Excellent location for us to be able to catch an early train. Very helpful front desk staff. Intermittent WiFi and due to an holiday no restaurant were negatives for us. Easy rental car return access.

Very basic hotel. Front desk staff was helpful. They arranged a taxi to the airport for me. They advertised 24 hour food services which wasn't the case. The hotel is directly behind the train station. The walkway to the hotel entrance smelled of dog feces.

First and foremost; the staff is absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and kind; would go back because of them. Lily is thee best and deserves recognition! I loved my room, it is small, but was quiet and comfortable and as a solo traveler, I felt very safe. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train/bus station and Uber also drops off on the lower level, and you simply take the escalator and walk across the street. Definitely recommend if you are on a budget and for convenience. The dinner menu is excellent as well.

Overall, my stay was good in many ways. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the Wi‑Fi worked very well throughout my visit. The location was excellent — having supermarkets by the station across the road was handy, and being right opposite the train and bus station made travelling to tourist attractions and the airport very easy. The reception team was a mixed experience; some staff were warm and welcoming, while others were not as friendly. The biggest inconvenience was that my key card failed every day, meaning I had to go back down from the 4th floor repeatedly to get it reactivated. Despite this issue, the stay had several positives.

Le lieu est très difficile à accéder en voiture. Le stationnement n'était pas simple. Un agent nous a demandé de se créer un compte sur One Park pour pouvoir garer notre voiture, avant même de s'enregistrer à l'hôtel. Se créer un compte sur le Web avec notre cellulaire en plein soleil, avec un très long formulaire, dans notre voiture, n'est pas l'idéal. Ce stationnement a coûté 86 euros pour 3 jours. Il aurait fallu l'inscrire clairement sur le site. De plus, les p'tits déj étaient compris, mais sur place, on m'a demandé d'en payer un prétextant qu'un seul était compris dans le prix de la chambre alors que nous étions deux. Je vais souvent à Marseille, mais je ne retournerai pas à cet hôtel. Le personnel a été très gentil et accueillant par contre.

Very clean rooms! For Americans hand towels and wash cloths would be nice but amenities were great. Didnt use the air too cold!! Heat worked great!
