Nice ubication

Overall, we had a good stay and felt this hotel offered good value, especially because of its excellent location. It was within easy walking distance of many of Rome's main attractions, and we always felt safe exploring the area. The after-hours check-in process was simple and well organized, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was very spacious, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was greatly appreciated during the hot weather. There are a few areas that could use improvement. The room could have been cleaner overall, and the shower showed noticeable yellow staining that made it feel a bit dingy. The mattresses seemed quite old and were very firm, and there were a few stains on the bedding. While these issues didn't ruin our stay, addressing them would make the experience better. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a well-located place to stay.

A nice, clean place to stay, and quite convenient to visit some of the major sites.

Very good location. We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms, one upstairs. Very adequate for our needs. Front desk was helpful.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in great location to many restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean and quiet

Close to absolutely everything, allowing you to find hidden gems in the area.

Perfect location, terrible place. Ac didn’t work (blew room temp air). Windows were broken. Even the mattress was rock hard/broken. Very humid in room (late April) but it wasn’t humid outside the entire trip. We stayed only one night even though we booked a week because it was so bad. No refund. It’s only great if you want something quick and centered. Don’t expect anything else. The room we were put in was next to the front door/reception so we heard anyone and everyone coming and going at all hours from all directions (inside and outside). I’ll go back to the area, just not this place.

Super Place

The hotel was very old but renovated. We had a two night stay and all went well. The desk clerk was very helpful. The hotel is well located near many shops, dining, bars, etc. Also near the Vatican and Hop on Hop off bus pick up point. My friend and I are older travellers, and found the hotel to be perhaps more suitable for the younger crowd. We found the steps to be a bit difficult but it did fit our needs for the two nights we were there. The hotel arranged a transfer to the airport for us and that worked very well.

I really had no interaction with the staff because I came in late at night even check-in was after 10 so there was no one at the desk but it was easy to check in on my own with their instructions. The place is so convenient. It’s very typical places to stay in Rome in the city of Rome it’s old and that’s when you go there for to see the history.!!
