매우 훌륭해요 Staff's attention to every detail is unmatched. And with genuine sincerity. Breakfast was the best variety that I’ve seen. The entire hotel had a scent everywhere you were on the property- clean and fresh. Like walking around in a candle store. I don’t consume alcoholic beverages, BUT EVERY GUEST PRESENT seemed respectful and acted with class. I would highly recommend making your stay with them.
I more than likely be a repeat customer.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel and staff. When I got to my room, I realized they must have upgraded me, and when I asked, the woman at checkin confirmed she did. I love properties that treat guests so well, and if I ever go back to Houston, I would stay here. Highly recommend.

Whitney at the front desk was amazing. She even sent up a cheese and dessert tray for my hubby’s birthday. Top notch h customer service. We will come back because of her.

This is a nice hotel. It was clean and very comfortable stay. The front desk staff is lacking a bit and the shower could have used a little more care. I also didn't enjoy the breakfast buffet, it seems to me it could have been more choices given the price. Other than that, I will stay again, the staff was nice and the hotel is beautiful with a great location. I also valet parked and this was very convenient.

Everything was fine when we checked in, but our room AC did not work. They said they would send someone to help fix the blower but no one ever showed up. It was 78° in the room the whole time so we were hot and kind of miserable other than that everything was good. The manager comped us a half price stay for our next day for the trouble.
