Mr. Andy from the Front Desk was very helpful as he helped us solve an issue when checking-in. Thanks, Andy.

Outstanding services and well-designed and maintained facilities. Loved it.

Great hotel, great staff, good location close to metro and plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants

I personally like to stay this hotel which I am familiar with surrounding area and hotel with good service except price a bit on the high side.

Clean room, nice staff, great location. Will definitely stay again.

Good clean no frills hotel. Exceptionally well maintained and comfortable room.

We made the right choice in this Taipei hotel. As is typical of a well run Japanese hotel the staff is most attentive and helpful. Started on the day of arrival when the plane got in really early and it was many hours before we could formally check in. The front staff offered us to use the Spa, and we were saved by being able to clean up and shower. And of course doors are opened for you, and staff bow whenever we get on the elevator. The rooms were nice, particularly after we were upgraded to a suite from our membership in the One Harmony loyalty program. Location was perfect, walkable to a number of good restaurants and shopping centers, and to the main Taipei train station.

Great hotel!

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very polite/help.

Hotel was under contraction which made coming in and out in the evenings a hastle. Outside of that, very nice hotel and experience. The views from our room was a highlight.
