I liked this hotel. Modern. Our room had a fridge, automatic control touch screen over lights and curtains, nice tub and shower, walk in closet, 2 tvs, and king bed. Also came with charger with usb c and lightening cord. The hotel is in a good location right next to the subway station at Seoul Plaza and is near myeongdong. The staff was excellent and polite. I unfortunately did not have enough time to try their restaurant, or use their facilities. Also the K limousine stops at the hotel. I would stay at the hotel again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The staff were very accommodating throughout our stay, and the bell staff were especially friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. My only criticisms are that the black carpeting in the hallways and rooms seems to attract and show dirt easily, and the shower did not drain properly, causing water to pool outside the shower area.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The great location and exceptional service more than made up for the minor issues.

The check-in and check-out were very efficient, and all the staff were kind. The double bedroom was a little bit small for us, but it was clean, and the beds were good quality.

We received a room upgrade to a suite that came with a welcome bottle of wine and cookies. It was a welcome surprise and a great start to our stay. The room was lovely though we struggled to find some of the light switches. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Our Premier Suite was a good size and well equipped. Having a bath was a bonus as was the walk in wardrobe with safe.
Breakfast had plenty of choice. Staff were helpful and friendly. The Coffee Shop was very expensive and we were grateful to have a coffee machine in the room as well as the mini bar. Very well located with airport bus at the door.
