Staff was helpful, view of ocean was beautiful, pool was nice, very clean

Great hotel, staff was great, however I had another couple who came with us and they were in another floor and it is very inconvenient that you can visit one another. The key only lets you go to your floor.

First, the bathrooms are just falling apart, this is for the suits. The rooms super humid, we had our family member switch suits and still had same humid room. Blankets and cloth was wet from that.

The views in my room were amazing and the scenic was spectacular. I can’t wait to come back

I had such an amazing stay here, staff was amazing!

The room bed was dirty as soon as we walked in and I went to do my on spray and wipe down the towels were dirty with a smell the bed sheets were dirty had to immediately call room service and they tried to tell us the room was just clean until we showed the big dirty stain on the pillow case and the blanket they had redo the room and took forever to change sheets cause all the sheets they kept bringing in were dirty and the toilet seat was too small for the toilet its was a horrible experience .

Todo muy bien , estadía y ubicación

El Hotel Estelar es un excelente hotel. Totalmente recomendado.
