🌟Our family had an absolute blast at Natra Bintan! 🌟The resort is incredibly family-friendly, and the staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. We signed up for the kids' activities package at Treasure Bay—as hotel guests, we got a 20% discount, which is a fantastic deal since the vouchers can be used anytime during the stay. The dining was a highlight and there’s a great variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back in the near future! 🏊‍♂️✨

Although the food options are already fantastic, there is room for improvement with the breakfast buffet spread.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay at Natra.

A kids friendly hotel. There are lots of activities for children. The staff are nice and friendly, I’d liked to specially thanks to Harry for your warmth welcome, Luthfi (good luck), Gabriel (my son likes the mocktail), Ajy & Rinto (archery forever), Yogi (salute to your smile), Axil (BBQ at tent) We had a great time.

We are welcome by the team of friendly and smiling staffs from the resort. Billy helped to check us in and also shared the info of the resort to us. He even buggy us for around for a quick tour. We also went to nearby hawker for some local food and folowed by massage. Food was also good in the resort and we had a wonderful stay.

During our recent stay, we were particularly impressed by the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their efforts made us feel welcome and special, and the service provided was warm and genuine. The facilities themselves, at least in the unit we occupied, were well-serviced and we were accommodated in many thoughtful ways by the team. However, we did notice that the ceiling of our tent had accumulated mold, which should be addressed through proper cleaning and disinfection. Given the cost of the stay, we feel that such an issue does not reflect the level of condition that guests would reasonably expect. Overall, while the staff and service were outstanding, attention to this maintenance matter would greatly enhance the quality and value of the experience.
