When booking the room picture I received looked luxurious, but what I got was 2 single beds, a shower room in need of updating. Rusty radiator, loose on wall, rust on the enamel shower tray, toilet bowl was very very close to radiator and wall opposite. Not great for tall or larger guests! The only good points were the guy on reception did his best to get my a fan, no air con, room was stifling hot. He also changed my first room as the basin plug was jammed in! 2nd good point,breakfast room a d breakfast was great.

Overall a good 3.7* hotel with a clean room with all the amenities needed for a couple of nights, although one of the beds in our 3-bed room was done up as we arrived. The breakfast was good quality, although there seemed to be a mismatch between the breakfast times stated on our room cards and that of the (new) hotel policy, and there could be more variety. Staff were polite and willing to answer all of our enquiries and help with any issues. All-in-all a good budget option for a couple of nights in the heart of Berlin.

Great spot for a great price! Super convenient with lots of subway stations nearby with connections to multiple lines.

The staff were friendly and check in was extremely quick. Our room was clean. Towels and such are changed everyday if you want it. There is a breakfast service that is 10€ every morning you have it if you decide to have it and it’s not already included in your booking. You’ll pay for it at the end of your stay. It’s an okay selection at breakfast. Right next to a metro line that connects you with the entirety of Berlin and its surrounding area. Plenty of good food options nearby. It is quite an old building but perfectly fine for budget travel. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean room and public area's, nice breakfast to start the day. Very close to metro station (2 minute walk)

The check in (and check out) were both quick and seamless. The room was big for a single person and sheets and towels changed every day. Thank you for a pleasant stay Aldea Zentrum

Dirty room Leaky sho

Good place for a short stay in Berlin. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel before check in. Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. - Only con/peeve: check out was at 12. Housekeeping knocked around 9:00 (I was trying to catch up on sleep) and again around 10:30. I told them on the second time that I’d be staying in the room until 15 Min. before 12. They were polite about it though.

The beds were good. The carpet was a bit worn but still intact. Breakfast was nice too. Of the three lifts only one was working.

Basic room. But got free upgrade upon complain
