Very nice total and staff

Property is beautiful. Awesome cleaning staff and front desk staff very professional.

Very disappointed indeed. It used to be a very nice hotel with an excellent business lounge. This, sadly has been closed. Paid extra for a business room which should have given me access to this lounge. Was at no point during the booking process told that the lounge had closed. Feel really cheated! Breakfast was only average at best. Only horrible salted scrambled eggs, jams out of an industrial bucket and croissants stale and hard. They used to have honey combs, sadly cheap very runny honey now. Lift didn't work, restaurant closed due to "unforseen circumstances", no explanations. Couldn't receive any English channels on TV, no BBC or SKY news. Carpets in the corridors had big stains. No decaf coffee in the room. People allowed to smoke on their balconies. Couldn't open the window!! Won't stay there again. Really poor value for money. They charge 4 star rates for a 2 star hotel.

Place is well located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Berlin, a bit off from the downtown craze which we appreciated. Easy to commute as well. Breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms very clean. Would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was rich and good.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and it included a mini refrigerator and a coffee maker. Come visit Berlin and enjoy your stay at this wonderful hotel! 😊

The room was spotless, lovely and clean, staff were lovely and very helpful I turned up early, told by the reception staff that my room was ready That was great news as I had been up since 03:30 Nicely stocked bar, complementary peanuts Would definitely stay there again Easy walk to the train subway

This was hands down one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in. It was so clean and modern. The room was so spacious, especially considering I was solo travelling. Staff were amazing and helpful. I would 100% return.
