I like nothing about the place.

Well maintained hotel with 24 hour airport shuttle and warm cookies upon check-in! In-house restaurant is convenient and tasty, in-room fridge and coffee maker are handy. Lots of outlets and usb ports and black-out blinds for a comfortable stay.

Did have difficulty with the shower; however, the staff took care of it.

Convenient location, nice walk area around the bay

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport. The hotel offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request.

The hotel is nice, but we had a really bad experience with a room that had no air conditioning. They were sold out and we spent the night in a stuffy, hot room. I didn’t sleep the entire night and when I came down to tell them at 4:30am, they offered us another room by 6am but no late checkout or any kind of compensation. It’s frustrating because I had to drive a long way the next day with two children which is dangerous on no sleep. Further, when you pay for a nice place to stay, you expect to be able to at least get rest. I wish we would have stayed somewhere else.i wish the staff would have recognized the situation and tried to be more helpful in rectifying it for us.
