Air conditioning came in big when the temps hit 96F. Concierge was super helpful. The staff allowed us to use the showers after our long flight before our room was ready. The restaurant and food was perfect. Lap pool was a surprise. Everything was just great for our week in London.

The location was great and the room was comfortable

Very clean, nice staff, good location. Did not like that there were only two elevators and that sometimes we had to wait 5-10 minutes for them

Clean and comfortable rooms. Location had easy access to the underground a few blocks away. Breakfast was over priced glad we didn’t have the breakfast plan.

The rooms have air conditioning which was great for the summer heatwave

Hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the underground stop Tower Hill. Close by to many of the tourist attractions by walking distance or to get to them using the underground. Staff was friendly upon arrival Matilde at the front desk was very friendly and patient with all of our questions. Room was clean and exactly how the pictures describe thank you Tatiana. Executive room came with lounge access which was amazing for drinks and snacks. Room air conditioning and bed comfort were amazing. Stayed during the heat wave and the room did not disappoint. Breakfast Buffett was also good and convenient. WiFi worked well in the room.

The younglady Dasha was absolutely fantastic, great energy and enthusiasm, hopefully I got her name right, she basically set the mood and tone for my stay after a long and dreadful journey, the bar tenders were great, the amenities were top notch, from the swimming pool to the Sunna, gym, and hot tub, absolutely amazing , I will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone visiting London, the location is uncanny and close to everything, I should gatekeep this, but nahhh, it’s a bit pricey but worth every penny, can’t wait to be back.

From the moment I arrived to the moment we left the experience was outstanding. The concierge was very helpful. The room was divine, the spa/pool was fantastic, a 25 meter pool so I could swim my laps. The restaurant took care of my gluten free needs. Everyone was so kind. The amenities were lovely.

It was clean staff were helpful

A very well appointed hotel. Good room size, lighting, cooling and cleanliness. I liked the little things like coffee machine, plenty of milk, sugar and bathroom extras. A fridge provided and good quality glasses. Breakfast and dinner very good. I am very well travelled and this was one of the best. Good value.
