The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is like a city with everything contained within it. We had breakfast at one of the restaurants on the property and it was very good. We also really enjoyed the setup of the sports bar.

Cleaning ladies didnt respect the sign of do not interrupt.. kept on opening the door on us Other than that everything else was okay

The room was clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the design. There was an issue with the AC and they immediately came and fixed it. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the Reno area.

Had a great time I would stay there again hopefully try other rooms

We got in late on a Friday night after spending 3rhs at the Reno Airport trying to rent a car.. once we got to the Peppermill, the staff was courteous and worked quickly to check us in. We got upgraded to a Tuscany suite room, which was nice.. but since it was so late, we went to get a bite to eat and then went to bed. The room was amazing though. We woke up around 9am and checked out and went to our stay in Tahoe. The hotel was clean and those we interacted with were nice. Would love to stay here again for more than a few hours.

I wasn’t there long enough to get to use much

Everthing is always so great here of i had to make a suggestion it would be to please have some smaller pillow choices... our pillows are always so heavy and huge in size. Also shower heads would be better with adjustable heads for us guests with long thick hair.

The staff kept my room clean and let me have extra coffee pods. I think I left a pair of slippers behind, how can I get them back? I was in the North Tower, room 2017, I think. Thanks.

I do like the fitness center, they got sauna and steam room.
