Check-in was a little confusing for us because it is connected with other hotels, so we got lost for a second. The room was spacious. However, the bed and pillows were not comfortable in our opinion. The room stayed cool, which was nice. The hallways, elevators, and the lobby areas were hot and musty the whole time we were there. The elevators were not working and some of the escalators were out of order also. The parking garage was easily accessible, but the garage itself could use some love. Overall, our stay wasn't bad. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was free, which we highly appreciate! The price was fair. However, I will choose somewhere to stay in the future.

Was very nice and clean love it

I don’t know what it was but there was a strong odor in the hallway. The room smelled like they used a bug bomb. The sheets had holes in them.. I’ve stayed here plenty of times before and have never had an experience like this before..

WIFI and Cable did not work properly other then that smths stay was alright

To be honest, we were there almost 20 years ago, it just looks a little old. In the giant garage, It just looked It needs to be repainted in and out... We all considered everyone was kind and considerate and everybody did everything we needed to do

Fun for family and entertainment for kids great stay.

Overall nice looking room, though went to take a shower and the shower curtain smelled of mildew and then later on saw a cockroach, which of course freaked me out! My fiance killed it and didn't see another one but was very weary.

The rooms are very far away

Super simple check in and check out. Let me stay on same floor as my friend. 😃
