Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel failed to disclose that it was undergoing major renovations. The lobby was under construction, and getting to both the front desk and the rooms was confusing, inconvenient, and frustrating. When I raised my concerns, I was promised complimentary parking as compensation, but it was never applied to my bill. No discount was offered despite the significant disruption. I would not have booked this hotel had I known the true condition of the property. Very poor communication and customer service.

Location is going through some renovations that seem to be confusing at first. The staff explained everything during check in and kept in touch with us throughout our stay. The city of Banff had a power outage for many hours during one of the days we were there but the front desk kept us informed throughout the day with updates with the power issue. Overall was an awesome place to stay. Convenient to downtown Banff and easy drive to all the spots we wanted to visit.

Everything was nice except for the fact that there’s no lunch available for room service or at restaurant :(

We were in town for the half marathon & really enjoyed how close the hotel was from everything. It was quiet even though they were under construction. The staff was very nice. Parking under the building was easy to get into.

We had a great stay here! Amazing location. The main entrance was under construction while we were there which we were previously advised of, but other than that, the place was beautiful, well-maintained, and we were very happy with our stay.

Lovely renovated room although would use some more lighting as it was a tad dark. Also, the bathroom was quite small especially if travelling with 2 or more people. Clean and great location.

Hotel was very clean. They were in the process of updating all of the rooms. Parking available and even if u checked out the following day, the hotel allowed u to keep your parking spot so u could go and explore the area.
