Great location for sightseeing and tours. You can walk to many sights, restaurants and patisseries. Just remember the hills. Rooms are small and we even upgraded but clean.

This hotel doesn’t look exactly like the photos, but it has a great location if you want to stay right in the heart of Lisbon. I’d like to thank all the staff they were very polite and welcoming. We also received VIP benefits, including a 25% discount at the restaurant, which was a nice touch. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The only downside was that the rooms were fairly standard. I just wish they had been a little bigger and more spacious. everything was great, and I give the staff at this hotel five stars. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

The location of this hotel was great but it is a very basic hotel. Despite the photo that is posted there is no rooftop bar as it appears. Very small window in the room and quite basic hotel. The room was large for a European hotel room and it was clean. The lobby is very basic and nothing special. We slept comfortably and had what we needed. It was good for a one night stop.

The staff, cleanliness, and the breakfast were all amazing. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was truly delicious and the selection was amazing.

The staff was amazing. However the room lacked outlets for charging. We needed to keep unplugging the bedside table lights to charge our devices. Also the water from the shower kept leaking on the bathroom floor because the door wouldn’t shut properly.

Staff extremely helpful and excellent restaurant.

Clean room and front desk staff was helpful.

Perfect area…….everything within walking distance! Diego at the front desk was very helpful

The hotel is in a central location. The location is the most positive aspect of the hotel. The staff was helpful with bookings. The room was a bit cramped. Would stay here again just for the location.

The staff was very helpful and the room was nice. The hotel was in a great location walkable to many restaurants and shops.
