매우 훌륭해요 I absolutely loved my stay at the Durrants Hotel and could not recommend the property enough! The entire staff was so kind and helpful, and the property itself has the most quintessential British 'boutique' hotel vibes. Would definitely return again!

Staff very pleasant, accommodating. Location excellent, single room on the smaller side and had everything needed. Food was good. Enjoyed the charming traditional but not stuffy atmosphere.

Nice comfy bed and pillows. Nice and clean. Good location. Disappointed as no air con and it was very hot in room. Supplied with a fan and one window opened wide but still extremely warm for trying to sleep.

What do you mean by amenities?
My room was fine but my daughter’s was not. She was moved to a better one, but it caused some inconvenience.
This is a beautiful and historic hotel in a convenient location.
The food was excellent and so was the service at the bar.

매우 훌륭해요 The room was cheerful and large enough for the two of us to move around comfortably. I appreciated the bathrobes and slippers and that the television came with apps including Netflix. There was no air conditioning but the room had a fan that kept the temperature down. The staff were very helpful- arranging a restaurant reservation, finding a driver to take us to Heathrow. We felt well cared for and look forward to returning to Durrant’s.
