Carpet needs cleaning or changing. Staff were friendly.

We were in a room that had been renovated, so did not have many outlets. I was able to get an extension cord to use at the bedside. There was room for a small chair in addition to the one near the vanity, but no chair, nor was there a second luggage rack. With twin beds, there are usually two people, so someone had to find an alternative for the suitcase and sit on a bed. The room faced the street, which was very noisy. There was a small fan to move air, but to be comfortable, the window needed to be open. Thus, the room experience was not inviting. Even a less bland wall color and perhaps some framed art, would have made things look more appealing.

An overnight stay, the hotel staff were quite welcoming and the place was very clean. It was good to enjoy garden views.

The area is gorgeous. The courtyard beautiful.

This hotel is nicely located, near Russell Square, the British Museum and underground stations. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was small, which was fine, but there is no air conditioning in the rooms. During my 4 night stay, the temperature in London was in the 90’s, which made it a little difficult sleep. I would recommend this hotel and the price was right. But I would like to stay there when the weather is cooler.

Fantastic location—you can get anywhere in London easily from here. The staff were incredibly helpful, and I was happy with everything about my stay. Highly recommended.

Very clean hotel - and the staff were very kind and helpful. I will stay at Bedford Hotel next time I go to London.

I LOVED my stay at the Bedford Hotel! My room faced Southampton Row giving me a great view of the street yet being on the fifth floor I was above the actual street energy and able to take it in from my windows. The front desk staff was SO KIND and HELPFUL! And my room was GREAT!
