There are so many positives about this property. First priority for my family and I is space - we were in apartment 2 and this property had everything we needed (2 bedrooms, kitchen and living space, a balcony and even a second toilet room) - and AC (we were there in a heat wave). The host and property manager were amazing and so responsive even providing recommendations for tours (I highly recommend the 3 Islands provider they use). There is a supermarket very close by and 2 major bus lines close. The beach was walking distance and a daily trip for us (make sure you have your water shoes and googles), with its crystal clear water. One added bonus was that we had a balcony facing the promenade entrance which was a fun people watching experience. I have no negatives on this property. One “issue” to flag for others is not linked to the property- my streaming services were not international so we were limited with TV however that was not a priority for us.
I would stay here time again if I came back and highly recommend for others.

Central location for Lapad with bars and restaurants 2 min walk away. Ideal for buses to Old Town, again a short walk around the corner. Apartment was perfect for us, very clean and nice big balcony. WiFi didn’t work on balcony or in the 2nd bedroom but we had signal problems the whole visit wherever we went. Would highly recommend this apartment

New apartment in good location. Close to beach, dining, and bus stop. Grocery store is close by as well. Communication with host was very good and she was very helpful.
Not giving 5/5 rating due to lots of construction directly across the street as well as behind the building. Construction site was busy and loud. Also the apartment needs a coffee maker ( maybe that’s just for us Canadians 😉).
