Great hotel, really friendly staff. We very kindly received a complimentary upgrade to the royal blue part of the hotel which was fantastic. The rooftop pool and lounge was lovely with fantastic views. Drink prices were average, food prices were quite expensive for what it was although the food was really nice. Best lasagne we’ve ever had in the pizza restaurant. Breakfast was really good in the royal blue part, small buffet selection as well as a menu with freshly cooked egg dishes. Staff always really helpful and polite. The grounds are lovely to walk around, and lapad and the promenade are gorgeous. Definitely the best area to stay in! So many little swim spots in the sea both at the hotel and further down the promenade. Overall cannot fault the hotel, the only suggestion would be to have a little supermarket within the hotel grounds - it’s a fairly big resort consisting of multiple restaurants, bars and hotels so I don’t see why it wouldn’t have a small shop. Nearest supermarket is a 15-20 min walk which can be inconvenient when it’s hot and you just want a few extra bits!

Greta location, lovely hotel, the staff weren’t the most endearing. The breakfast was lovely and lots of variety, includes a mimosa station and an egg station and loads of different fruits and pastries. The house keeper who did my room was super lovely! The sunbeds near the sea were usually were all busy by 10:00am. Free towels available for the pool each day.

They need more staff for the restaurants at the facilities. The wait times were abhorrent for such a high rated resort. Felt bad for the staff because they can only do so much. Management needs to do better and get more staff or lose more stars.

Beautiful Hotel. Situated in a good area, yes it is a 20min walk into Lapad, but if you want quiet this is the Hotel to go to. You can use all of the royal hotel group facilities. Breakfast was excellent. I found the Croatian people very obliging. The Bedroom was kept spotless and couldn’t fault the cleaners. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved the suite! Spacious, full of luxurious perks that made it a memorable stay, including the wine and macarons. Included breakfast was superb. Facility was so well kept and had space for everyone. Such a great space to exhale before our trip home.

Stunning location and nice property amenities. Feels a bit like an all inclusive resort but it’s not. Many dining options on property. Only stayed two nights. Made a good base to explore Dubrovnik without having to deal with staying in Old Town and dragging luggage up and down steps there. This place was a serene and welcome respite from the heat and crowds of Dubrovnik which, despite that is one of the most beautiful and stunning cities anywhere.

Breakfast was good and of quality. If you want rooms next to each other, I would advise reaching out to the HOTEL days in advance multiple times so that this is accomplished. One thing that was disappointing as we ordered drinks from on the rocks bar at the hotel it was a terrible drink sent it back yet they still charged us for it. It tasted like toothpaste.

A perfect place for our honeymoon

View was incredible. Breakfast was great. Walking distance to other restaurants and beach area. Did have to uber to old town which was easy.
