The room was just beds. Shower had water dripping from ceiling when we used it. No space to move around in the room even though we booked a quad for family. Not recommended for families. No iron in the room. Very very basic.

The overall experience was good, and the staff were amazing and really helpful. Was what I was expecting, and a plesant thing was the large size of the room. Good overall for a business trip.

Be aware of this property. I booked my reservation with Expedia and they charged my credit card. When we arrived they asked for a credit card in case of damages and went ahead and charged my CC for the reservation as well. when i realized it i went to the front desk and they said they were going to credit my credit card. since then I have been back to the USA, and i still have not received my credit and i have called them several times and nothing yet. I called Expedia as well and still nothing!

lots of options for breakfast
Centrally located and walking distance to London Bridge, Tower of London, underground and train station. Grocery store right beside it. I would stay again for simplicity of getting around

Great location!! Super friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean and comfortable, nice breakfast. Within minutes walking to lots of coffee shops, food market and trains.
