매우 훌륭해요 Hannah at reception was so helpful and just a beautiful girl. The only thing I would change is to put a ladder into to pool upstairs as a person with knee injuries I could not use it. All the staff were great

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Solaria Tesori. Located in the heart of the old quarter making it very easy to see all the local sights and attractions with very few requiring transport. Hannah was exceptional. She organised a trip to Halong Bay for us, gave recommendations for restaurants and even packed us some snacks and water for our trip, thank you so much for making our visit memorable Hannah!
The room was clean and comfortable with everything you'd need for a Hanoi city break. Breakfast was great, typically a cooked-to-order part of the meal with a selection of local dishes, fruit and snacks available for grabbing yourself. Our only criticism was due to the lack of tea selection! (They'd brewed jasmine tea one day and had no standard tea available) Absolutely superb!
