만족해요 Room was at street level , noisey and overally warm. The thermostat had the room at 30C , contacted the staff via the guest portal and they did not offer an alternative room or solution.

Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well.

매우 훌륭해요 Very spacious 2 bed / bathroom apartment with 3 balconies.
Overlooks a main Trainline which starts around 5am, so take earplugs if that'll bother you.

Room felt neglected
Dirty sheets and towels at check in. And no one ever brought new ones when requested.
Long hair everywhere from sheets, pillows, floor, bathroom and sink.
We were on first floor and the window was broken/ajar.
I have pics to substantiate.
Felt very unsafe.
Had those things been taken care of we would’ve loved it for the location and concept.

Terrible experience.
Temperature inside was 28 degrees C and remained there at nights and even when outside temperature fell to 16.
Room has no air conditioning & window opening limited to only a few centimeters.
I contacted the Hotel management who simply told us to use the fan from the cupboard- which only moves air, doesn’t cool it.
Sleeping in those temperatures was impossible.
NEVER stay here!!
