매우 훌륭해요 Great location tucked on a side street, spotless, comfortable bed and nice amenities. Nice Japanese restaurant with fun vibe. Our go-to hotel in London.

The hotel is wonderful, so well designed, the room impeccable, the communal areas are just like out of an architectural catalog.
But the highlight was the staff. So kind of, attentive and with an authentic willingness to make you feel seen.
The star goes to Melica (sorry if misspelled). Wonderful, wonderful. And wonderful again

Very nice hotel, food very good but service at restaurants terrible. Impossible to get a coffee in less than 15 minutes and drinks at bar slow as well. Darren at the front desk was the exception- he was great.
