Fantastic experience. Hotel is new, rooms are spacious, well equipped kitchen with utensils and cooking space. Tons of in room storage. Fantastic shower. Will definitely return to this chain of hotels in whichever country they operate in.
My experience is based on the one in Amsterdam.

They refuse first thing on the morning they to give me a coffee and low option breakfast that was included in my room rate by Expedia

This is a great place to stay for a slightly longer stay when you don’t mind being out of the center of town. We primarily walked (30-60 min to most places) but the shuttle/bus stops were right outside the hotel and only took about 10- 20min to most stops. They have a lovely sauna/gym and their laundry facilites are very useful (although I would offer to please put in another dryer as well). The rooms were spacious and useful for our family of four and the kitchen was so helpful for breakfast in the morning. There’s a large supermarket just a couple min away. Overall, a great find and if we were staying longer than 3 nights in Amsterdam again, would definitely book!

We were in town for a tournament near the Olympic stadium, so the location was perfect. Our room was spacious and nicely appointed with comfortable beds and nice decor. The kitchen is also fully equipped and was nice to have given our early mornings. Down sides were that they only clean the room once during a one week stay (not enough in my opinion given that it is a hotel), the fire alarm kept alarming in our room for the first 2 days and there was no concession made for our inconvenience (they came in the room unannounced several times and kept testing the very loud alarm during our stay), and the breakfast is quite expensive. Overall I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I am so happy I found this property. It is in a lovely quiet location and on a convenient Tram stop as well. The room was amazing and provided a restful setting in my busy visit to Amsterdam. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and I would like to thank Nauman for all his friendly logistical support for my trip which helped immensely, and my appreciation also to Agni, Ella and Vivi for their warm reception and arrangements.
I am looking forward to trying out the other July properties that Nauman recommended, the Boat and in London.
Many thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay here!
