Good experience for this holiday

I loved everything about this hotel. Lovely staff. Delicious breakfast. Excellent air conditioning. Great location. The rooftop view and garden was very special. They even had a gym!

good place， quiet and clean… staff is friendly too

The hotel is overall great. However, I wish the water pressure is stronger so that I could a least enjoy taking a shower.

The property is clean, well maintained and spacious. The staff are courteous, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious with varieties.

The Riviera Hotel was a very pleasant place to stay for 2 weeks. It is centrally located, easy access to MRT and the hotel has a shuttle to the MRT as well at specific times. Many good restaurants and a night market are in walking distance. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The staff excellent, friendly, and cheerful. The breakfast which we had included with our rate was very good. Had only 1 issue and that was occasionally I could smell a slight musty odor just in the corner of the room but no where else and the smell didn’t travel into the room and it wasn’t all the time. It may have been that we were on the top floor and there is a roof garden? I sometimes smelled the same smell in the 7th floor seating area outside of the elevators. I never smelled it on the other floors. If I were to return to Taipei I would definitely stay there again but would ask for a different floor. We were very pleased with our choice to stay there. A side note, the pastry shop connected to the hotel is a great place to grab a latte and also their pineapple cakes make a perfect gift. They are packaged beautifully and taste so good. You can order and pick up right before you leave as they are fresh and are best eaten within 2 weeks.
