Location to train, bus, supermarkets, food chains and local restaurants could not be better, off main road, so quiet. Large room, space for four ! Kitchen area, compact bathroom but adequate. Bath tap did leak, hotel advised, not fixed, obviously a previous issue, due to visual damage from kitchen area, no damp issues though! Did not disturb at night once bathroom door was closed. TV, fan and air con,fridge, sink, cook top and washing machine( no microwave) Coolest old style lift with velvet walls, beautiful friendly staff. Definitely recommend!

Very old hotel lift always stuck one of other stories window are broken in n bathroom . Cleaning ok only benefit near station and cbd area .

Our reservation was lost and although helpful there was too much mis-communication whether we had the room for the entire stay or were able to park our car … fo how long and when to return keys fo said parking. The parking situation is shocking and should be facilitated more for coming and going withiutbjavingntonpay full fee all the time

It’s an old building, and we were aware of this. It was super well-located, and the staff were friendly, even allowing us to check in early. Our room was kind of renovated, but the bathroom was not super clean and was too old. The bathtub curtain could be replaced more often; the one made of fabric was a bit dingy. Considering that Sydney was one of the most expensive lodging places of our trip, it was a reasonable price. The hotel photos were better than in person, though.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities on a secure site, in a great location. Room was generally clean but a few nooks and crannies need a little attention.

Water quality was terrible and property seems run down

Property was a little outdated. Staff were amazing though and location was fantastic.

It was an old but nicely maintained property. The location is nice and accessible. The receptionists were helpful.
