Not knowing there were 2 flights of stairs was a bit of a shock.location was very good.

Overall not a bad experience but could have been better. Location is great. Bathrooms are shared but mostly clean. Single room (#15) is very tiny and dark but does the job if you only need a place to sleep. Very close to the bathroom though so it can be annoying at times when people slam the door, the exhausting fan constantly going is not very pleasant either. Two other issues: I left the sign to have the room cleared 2 days in a row and no one showed up. I was in the office all day so couldn’t catch staffed hours. And there were baby cockroaches in the room eventually. I befriended one of them, her name was Sally. But then she became to comfortable and got too close to the bed so I had to get rid of her. Sorry Sally.

Very unique aesthetic. Very beautiful and lovely area. No Elevator,

Location is perfect. However, room is quite small and there is no elevator so not suitable if you travel with a baby.

I checked in during their normal published office hours, but there was nobody onsite. It was a public holiday in Sydney, so perhaps that was why. I had to ring the emergency number to get the key code, but they answered quickly and i was inside within 5 minutes. Property was great, nice and clean, spacious and comfortable. It can be a little noisy if you are at the front of the property becuase there is a restaurant/cafe downstairs, but is generally fine if the window is closed. Overall very happy with this place as its in an interesting neighbourhood with lots of nice restaurants in the area.

booked last minute and affordable, the room was surprisingly clean, nice shower and great location.

Great room, comfortable beds, awesome shower, and walking distance to bus, coffee, bakery. Will come back.

The area was nice, close to everything. U can walk to cbd, 40mins.

The room was clean, staff were friendly at check in, the price of the room was on budget for what we needed. Close to the train station to get to Circular Quay for VIVID. Thank you. I would consider using this property again and would also recommend to family and friends looking for a city getaway.
