This was truly one of the besdt hotel experiences of my life. I loved this place. LA can be fraught and anxious and this was an oasis of peace and beauty. I will never stay anywhere else.

Great stay at Maison Twenty Seven. The photos do not do this hotel justice. Very quaint and well-maintained building with rooms and common areas filled with character and attention to detail. Quiet yet central - friendly and helpful staff. Has a lovely lobby if you need to do some quiet work.

Quiet boutique hotel with beautifully landscaped gardens. Very tranquil environment. French Chateau vibes. Friendly and helpful service. Vintage LA style apartment rooms. I would return.

Beautiful property and friendly staff! It does have a resort fee that they add at the stay that we didn't feel was worth it, but would still stay again. Expedia offered wonderful prices when booking this boutique hotel. Would recommend!

It’s a gorgeous property that makes you feel both at home and transported to another place, all at the same time. The staff is incredible, the decor is perfection and the overall environment is so welcoming.

Hotel has an excellent location. Old building is charming and staff members do an excellent job making guests feel comfortable.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Monica. This will be our 4th time to the property in the past 6 weeks, staying on average of about 4 nights as it is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood (3 blocks from the beach and convenient for work. The staff is super friendly and always does their best with any requests.

This hotel was perfect for a stay near Santa Monica. It is a classy old hotel with a wonderfully decorated lobby and gardens. The property is within walking distance from a lot of great stuff and dining. The staff was attentive and helpful. The valet parking was quick. Our room was fantastic and comfortable for hanging out.

the property is old as expected, but not maintained well, chipping tile paint in the bathroom, stains on the rugs. it was very nicely decorated if that matters to you, however for a luxury boutique hotel the bed was very uncomfortable and the snack bar felt like an afterthought. parking is $65 for valet and 2 very long blocks down there is nonpermitted street parking. they let people come to the lobby and wfh during the day. additionally has that old property smell, unlike what you’d expect at a luxury boutique hotel.
