This property was advertised and booked as 5-star residence apartments, but the reality was completely different. Upon check-in, it became immediately clear that the accommodation does not meet 5-star standards in any reasonable sense. The apartment quality, facilities, and overall experience were misrepresented in the listing. The condition, layout, and services fall far below what was advertised and what guests reasonably expect from a 5-star branded residence. This is a clear case of false or misleading advertising. Despite raising the issue promptly after check-in, management was uncooperative and refused to provide a refund or a suitable resolution. This left us stuck in accommodation that was not what we paid for. For a brand like InterContinental / IHG, this experience is extremely disappointing. Guests rely on brand reputation and accurate descriptions when booking. Unfortunately, this property does not deliver on either. I would not recommend staying here unless you are comfortable with misleading listings and poor handling of legitimate complaints.

Nice place

Room was large and well appointed. Check in was available on our late arrival into DBX. Close to airport which is fantastic. We made use of the washing machine in the apartment. It is a short walk down to the Festival Mall, or you can use the transfer bus the hotel offers. The walk there is nice down past all the new coffee bars and eateries along the water front. Hotel staff very polite and helpful. We also made use of the indoor and out pool - there is a small children's pool indoors. Breakfast was good, although is very busy.

The hotel and its staff were excellent, with exceptional customer service and friendliness throughout our stay. However, the rooms could benefit from updating, as the furniture, flooring, and bathrooms feel dated and in need of a refresh.

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was great, but for some reason. At 11 PM, hot water would go off.
